SPECIAL EDITION
Yes we have just received news today which is the reason behind this special mail out!
Surrey Park have just confirmed that they are willing to ‘swap’ home games in line with the tradition of the ‘Alaimo Cup’.
Last year Surrey was host to the game and this year was Malvern’s turn. Due to a mix up with fixturing, Surrey had the first ‘home’ game at their ground.
Surrey’s President was contacted and agreed in fairness and with the history of the game that it should be Malvern’s turn.
So here’s the kicker…….it will also be “Past Players day!”
Usually Past Players day is against Williamstown but this year we will compete against Surrey Park.
Can everyone who receives this makes sure friends,ex players and interested parties are aware of this event.
It is scheduled for 31st May 2.30pm which is fast approaching.
More details will come with the regular ‘Malvern Mail’ but the more information out and circulating the better!
Thanks to Rod Ansell and Ritchie Toomey for getting it organized.
