Sporting Pulse Registrations.

So by now you all must have received the reminder to register online for the upcoming season.
We’d like to have everyone “registered” at least so that by the first game all players are covered.
Adam Barnes (Barnesy) will be at the clubrooms tonight to help anyone that has queries or needs help in this matter and Gus will be available after training to talk about $$$ if there is any concerns.
Here’s the breakdown on costs for this year.

Seniors  $395
U17       $260
U15       $225
U13       $195
U11       $185
As you might know, we are governed by what “Lacrosse Victoria” charge us each year and we try to keep it as low as possible for our members.
As mentioned before, if anyone has any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Malvern Mentoring Program

Also just a reminder for the young people at the club that are on the cusp of leaving school heading into the workforce.
Allan Datson has been over the past few years getting ‘contacts’ together in many different fields of work.
The “Malvern Mentoring Program” is on the MLC web site and it can be found in the “Contact Details” drop down tab.
So if you’re interested in anything from “trade to corporate”, have a look to see if there’s something of interest for you.
Further more, Allan is willing to have a chat about how to get you started if you’re not sure.
You’ll find him at the club most Thursday and Saturdays.

Bring a friend

As mentioned previously it’s bring a friend TONIGHT!
So if you have a buddy at school that you think would fit it to our one of our junior sides (Girls or Boys) make sure you drag them along!
Also there will be sausages and a drink served up after training….FOR FREE !!! (parents night off cooking!)
Hopefully we see a huge turn out for our first official session on the beautiful ground that awaits us!

Grill’d reminder

We’ve been selected to participate in Local Matters at Grill’d Malvern this April!
Local Matters is the Grill’d community donation program that sees each Grill’d restaurant donate $500 back into the community every month. The donation is split between 3 local community groups $300 / $100 / $100.
HOW YOU CAN HELP?
We’d love your support in receiving the highest $300 donation! Simply head to Grill’d Malvern during April for a burger and pop your Local Matters token in our jar. The group with the most tokens at the end of the month receives the largest donation.
It’s a simple (and delicious) way to show your support!
You’ll find us on a jar at Grill’d Malvern, 217 Glenferrie Rd
So if you’re in the area and need a feed, pop in and say hello to Ainslee and grab yourself a delicious Grill’d burger.
