Malvern Lacrosse Planning Day 9th November.

Hi all. The committee has organised a ‘Planning Day’ which is designed to get ideas on
how to ‘better’ our club.
This could be anything from the smallest suggestion to even a 3 – 5 year plan that we can take onboard to make Malvern Lacrosse a successful club.
If you have any ideas that we could use in this process, we’d love to have your input.
If you come from another sporting club and have seen something work well there, again we’d love for you to share it with us.
We’re looking at a 6pm – 6.30pm start and the ‘first hour’ will be open to all interested.
After that time members will be free to leave as the committee will then be addressing their ‘agenda’ that has been set prior to this date.

For those that haven’t heard we have had a boost of new members that want to be a part of Malvern lacrosse.
The committee for season 2013 is as follows:

Anyone is welcome to attend committee meetings throughout the year as we have an ‘Open Club’ Policy.
You never know, if your interested, we might have one of the many jobs we need to run the club that suits you.
If your sitting on the fence and want to help out but don’t know how..just ask as we’d love your assistance.

Once again there is still a couple of people who have outstanding fees owing.
If you are one of these, you can still direct debit into the account with your name as a reference.
Don’t let it drag on into season 2013 when you will be ‘chased up’ again.

Lacrosse Victoria

Hello Club Officials,
If you have any girls who are U17 or U19 and are interested in playing lacrosse in the US at college, please pass this information on to them.
We have recently been contacted by the Women’s Lacrosse coach at Limestone College in South Carolina about the recruitment of women lacrosse players. They are interested in recruiting some Victorian girls to attend their college and play for their lacrosse team. Limestone is a Division II school which means they can offer athletic scholarships to their top players. To find out more about the school, please see the links below.
