How to Pay your Fees
This season there are the following ways to pay your fees:
- In full by cash, cheque or EFT.
- In full by credit card on Sporting Pulse.
- In full by credit card at the club registration evening.
- By direct debit over the course of the season.
Direct Debit Payments
The new direct debit facility is available to all members. To pay by your fees by direct debit you need to fill out 2 forms and return them to the club rooms or to the treasurer. These forms are attached below, are on the website and available at the club rooms.
The first form”Malvern Lacrosse Direct Debit & TC Form” is for your account details and is also the agreement for the terms and conditions. The second form “Malvern Direct Debit Amount Form“ is to calculate the amounts and time period for deductions from your account.
The first direct debit date is 28th April and runs for 6 months to September.
Previously members had arranged individual payment plans with the treasurer. The direct debit facility replaces this. The club is growing and an official direct debit is a more efficient process to receive and track subs payments.
In providing a facility for members to pay their fees over the course of the season, members who are un-financial will now not be eligible to play. The committee has passed a new “Malvern Lacrosse Club Fee Policy”, available on the website. Please take the time to read it.
Family Discounts
The family discount structure is the same as last year. The second full member receives a discount of $20, third full member $30, forth plus full member $40.
Sporting Pulse does not give the discount. If you have paid via Sporting Pulse and are entitled to a discount please email me the details. Include your bank details and I can then reimburse via EFT.

Interested in playing Division 3?
The Division 3 team are having a BBQ at Faz’s place on Saturday 6th April from 1:00pm onwards.
BYO meat and drinks.
If you are interest in playing, getting involved in the team or just want to catch up with the guy from Division 3 please feel free to come along.
