To all the Malvern family
Only 23 (24 for the girls) sleeps until the 2016 season begins… SO… now is the time to ask yourself …Am I playing or not?! We hope the answer is YES!!! If you have not been contacted yet, please contact one of the senior coaches listed below and let us know if you are playing this year. We can always do with more players, so also feel free to encourage family & friends to come and play our great game!

With only a few weeks to go, we are still looking for a Division 1 coach, if there are any volunteers for this exciting and challenging role, can you please contact me on immediately 0414 241 477 so we can get the ball rolling.
We will be returning shortly to the town hall rooms, which is an exciting time for all of us. As we approach the 2016 season we are trying to chase down all shed keys. If you have one can you please contact me on 0414 241 477 so we can arrange to have them returned to the club.
Thanks to the committee and everyone behind the scenes getting the 2016 preparation and planning underway, I’m looking forward to a great season ahead.

Practice Game!!
April 9th at 1pm at Malvern we are having our first Club game against the Under 18 Victorian side to give both teams a hitout!
As requested by the Head Coach, it is a compulsory invite so your attendance is pivotal.
Why? Well the following week is the first game of the season, so it will be a gauge on where we stand with numbers and availabilities for the season.

Online Officials Accreditation
A new concept in online testing has been developed for ALA and is now available for all women’s and men’s officials to access for testing and progressing their accreditation. For umpires, this meets the testing requirement and will need to be followed by on field assessments. For referees, there are two sections of the test, both of which must be completed to meet the accreditation requirement.
