It is with much sorrow that I am informing all members of the Malvern Lacrosse Club, of the passing of Ken Cook.
Ken was a member and ‘Club President’ of the Malvern Lacrosse Club in 1986,87,89 and again in 1995.
He was arguably one of the ‘driving forces’ that pushed Malvern Lacrosse to be the power club of the late 80’s which continued into the 90’s. Without his support and belief, success might not have come to fruition, in that era.
I received communication this morning that after a battle with illness, Ken passed away in the early hours of this morning. (Sunday).
On behalf of all the Malvern Lacrosse family, I’d like to send our condolences to the Cook family at this sad time and to let them know that our thoughts are with them.
Ken was a husband, father and grandfather that will be deeply missed.
More details will be posted as they are received..
