URGENT call for Short or Long Term Accommodation
URGENT call for Short or Long Term Accommodation for our visiting International players, 2 of which arrive Friday June 13 and another on June 19. We are in urgent need of finding accommodation.
Do you recall one of the American’s we had at the Club during late 80’s early 90’s called Brian Conroy? Rob Joy has been in touch with him over the recent years to supply him with Malvern performances and what is happening with some players he would remember from his time in Australia. Brian has emailed to inform us of the passing of Rick Blick in San Francisco over the recent weekend. He was a forward/midfield, only out for one season. Sad news. Rick could not have been older than 55.
Message for the under 18’s
As you know there is no game for U18s this week.
We still do not have a Fixture for the rest of the season as yet but LV have suggested
it will be available early this week.
We WILL be practicing this Thursday 5th from 5.30 – 7.00 pm.
It is important as it will be the first session with almost everyone available.
Please let me know if you are NOT going to make it.
Also good luck to Tim G as hopefully he can join us after this week.
Cheers Gus.
As you can see there are no match reports from most of the teams that play for Malvern coming through.
If you watch a game, feel free to write something down and send it on so we can get some feed back for the club.
If you are a coach or manager either write it yourself or nominate someone to write a report for you.
The Malvern mail is here to inform everyone about what is going on around the Club. Communication is the key to success.
With more then 200 readers your message will get heard louder and clearer than if you just talk about it with one or two people.

Altona Vs Malvern. 11-6 Down
A big thank you to the young guys who put on the uniform to help out the Div 3 team again.
The young guys didn’t shy away from the very physical game Altona came with.
B Grade Women’s
Eltham Vs Malvern 20 -1up.
The team played one of their best games this year with plenty of ball movement, with almost everyone sharing in the goals. All in all a very good team effort.
