Request from the Committee
It’s come that time of the year when the Committee and Club are getting ready for the upcoming season and year. While playing on the weekend is an integral part of being a member of the club, we also need volunteers to assist with the many many jobs around the club.
While the committee serves and represents the club, helpers are always needed either to run the bar or help behind the scenes.
If anyone feels like they can give the club a couple of hours a month, please contact any of the committee members. You won’t be asked to move heaven and earth, but your small contribution will make sure that everyone chips in and the work isn’t left to the same few people who potentially get burnt out come years end.
Let’s have a huge season 2014 #redandblack
Dave has Tickets to sell and if any Malvern people want to buy ticket they can email him on davegal13@gmail.com . He doesn’t have the family / friend support here in Aus so he really needs his club to support him so he can sell his allocation of tickets. Only 1 ½ weeks to go so would be really good if club members helped out here and bought a ticket
Junior Clinics
Hi All as some of you may know Adam Barnes has been running junior summer clinics over the break @ Menzies reserve on a Sunday morning. This week the focus of the clinic will be on women’s lacrosse. We desperately need to recruit a few more girls for our u/13 girls team so I’d really like it if we could get as many of our current u/13 girls there as well as some of our B grade team there to support this. So if you could get down this Sunday at 9.30am that would be fantastic!!! Please bring along any friends or relatives who would like to give Lacrosse a go too
Thank you! Hope to see you Sunday
